• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)

• Project Execution:
  Lead mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
• Perform Mitigation:
  Water extraction, set drying equipment, take moisture readings, and document everything clearly.
• Customer Service:
  Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.
• Emergency Response:
  Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

Pay: $22–$28/hr + on-call bonuses ($50–$200/job depending on type)

Schedule:

Full-time, rotating emergency response coverage
