Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Janitor/Cleaner to join their team. As a Janitor/Cleaner, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting building upkeep and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass surfaces, and removing rubbish.
- Tend to furnace and boiler operations to support building systems.
- Perform routine maintenance activities and notify management of repair needs.
- Clean snow or debris from sidewalks to ensure safety and accessibility.
- Prior cleaner experience
- Must be bilingual
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
