Description
Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community at Patten West in Austin, TX.
Qualifications- A minimum of 3-5 years of general maintenance experience
- EPA certification and willingness to take calls after hours
- Strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
- Customer‑focused attitude and supportive team player
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
- High energy, fast‑growing multi‑family property management company committed to investing in you and your CAREER!
