Who You Are:We are seeking candidates who are customer‑service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and aesthetically comfortable environment, and for managing major floor‑care projects and the cleanliness of hard‑surface floors and carpets.
Responsibilities:- Performs general janitorial duties in apartments and commons areas as directed by the Director of EVS.
- Maintains floors and carpets within the Independent Living.
- Responsible for picking up and removal of trash from assigned areas.
- Follows cleaning and deep‑cleaning schedules and performs annual cleanings as a part of the weekly cleaning schedule.
- Attends to emergencies while following safety procedures.
- Responsible for work orders for scheduled functions (e.g., tables and chairs).
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the Director of EVS.
Hours:
- Sunday – Thursday
- Sunday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Monday–Thursday 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
