• Join and support the Engineering Team in maintaining the hotel.
• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
• Replace air conditioner filters and conduct preventive maintenance on all units and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and service air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.

• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with commercial properties is preferred.
