Our client, a modern, tech-forward, award-winning, woman-owned family law firm with offices in Austin and San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an experienced, dynamic family law attorney to join their Austin team in a hybrid role. The firm represents families navigating divorce, custody disputes, SAPCRs, and other family law matters with strategy, compassion, and strength.

- Represent clients in contested family law matters, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance.

- Apply strong knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Strive for resolution through negotiation while remaining prepared for litigation.
- Three or more years of experience handling contested family law matters.
- Active Texas State Bar license.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.

- Salary: $85,000 - $115,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus.
