Job Description: Full-time attorney with knowledge of and an interest in compassionate representation of individuals and small business owners in the areas of simple estate planning, business succession planning, real estate and probate.
ResponsibilitiesFulfill a full-time attorney role focusing on the following practice areas: simple estate planning, business succession planning, real estate, and probate. Represent clients with professionalism and in accordance with applicable laws and firm standards. Collaborate with a small, mature, and supportive team across Austin and Georgetown offices.
QualificationsRequirements: Licensed as a Texas attorney; experience in the Texas courts.
Additional InformationWork in a beautiful historic house in Georgetown, Texas, or in a modern bank building in Austin. The firm is hiring two full-time attorneys.
