Seeking a talented family law attorney ready for a new challenge! Join Kimbrough Legal PLLC, a leading divorce and family law firm located in Austin, TX. We are excited to invite a Senior Attorney to our team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney, leveraging your experience to achieve optimal results for clients. We are in search of a seasoned expert in family law litigation and trials, adept at offering guidance to our team of associate attorneys.

Responsibilities
  • Advocate for clients in various family law matters
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements specific to family law cases
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to stay abreast of family law regulations and precedents relevant to Texas
  • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations in family law matters
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations within the state of Texas
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Texas Bar admission
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling family law cases in Texas
  • Proficiency in tracking billable hours efficiently and utilizing technology
  • Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability
  • Problem-solving skills and dedication to achieving results
  • Previous management experience or similar leadership roles are preferred
Compensation

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year
