Litigation Paralegal

Overview

LHH is assisting a national law firm seek a Senior Defense Litigation Paralegal with 7-10 years of defense experience and 2 Defense Litigation Paralegals with at least 3 years of defense experience
. This firm has extensive experience serving as local, regional, and national trial and settlement counsel for product liability, commercial litigation, construction, professional liability defense, and mass tort litigations matters
.

They will consider candidates who have worked mostly temp jobs as Defense Paralegals, too.

• Salary ranges from $85,000 - $95,000 DOE
• Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401K
• Hybrid role after 90 day probationary period

Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of litigation support and case management, experience organizing large caseloads, discovery, trial preparation, and assisting at trial, as well as familiarity with the Texas and Federal rules of civil procedure.

• Client contact and document review.
• Drafting and responding to discovery.
• Indexing, exhibit preparation, and investigation and research.
