Associate Attorney

An established law firm is looking for a Bankruptcy Associate
Attorney to support their growing team handling insolvency and restructuring matters. The ideal candidate will draft legal documents, conduct bankruptcy research, and assist in case strategy and filings for a range of bankruptcy proceedings.

• Manage and draft pleadings, motions, and related bankruptcy court documents.
• Conduct legal research on bankruptcy and insolvency issues.
• Support hearings and case preparation with partners.
• Assist with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and out-of-court restructurings
• Collaborate with a team-oriented bankruptcy practice

• An active Texas bar in good standing.
• Familiarity with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings
• 3+ years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience.

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $260,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
