In-House Investment Management Paralegal (Onsite/Full Time In-House Paralegal). We are seeking a standout paralegal to join the legal team of a premier company managing a multibillion-dollar investment portfolio. • Summarizing private investment agreements; preparing subscription agreements and investor questionnaires; and preparing initial draft side letters
• Coordination with external counsel and investment professionals
• Tracking and maintaining key investment and legal documentation, including managing deadlines and compliance requirements
• Assisting in drafting and managing contracts, interacting with vendors, reviewing invoices, and reporting on contract compliance
• Preparing responses to open records, opinion requests, and audit inquiries
• Performing legal research and analysis
• Reviewing and editing legal documents
• Maintaining investment and compliance calendars, organized legal files, and using document management systems
