Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Overview

Law firm seeks attorney with a minimum of 5 years in personal injury litigation. Must have some jury trial experience plus significant experience handling hearings, including expert depositions, mediations, and taking depositions. Preference for bi-lingual (Spanish/English). We are looking for a trial lawyer with experience handling a substantial docket of complex, high value cases from start to finish. You will earn commissions in addition to salary.

Ideally your commissions will greatly exceed your salary, potentially by multiples.

• Client communication, networking, negotiating, researching, drafting, arguing and staying organized.
• Manage a substantial docket of complex, high value cases from start to finish.
• Conduct hearings, including expert depositions, mediations, and taking depositions.
• Navigation and searching the internet; operating basic office equipment; using Excel forms and case management software to track data.

• Minimum of 5 years in personal injury litigation.
• Must have some jury trial experience and significant experience handling hearings, including expert depositions, mediations, and depositions.
• Preference for bi-lingual (Spanish/English).
• Experience handling a substantial docket of complex, high value cases from start to finish.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; ability to format Word documents for uniform, accurate, and professional appearance.
• Experience with case management software; comfortable with internet research and data tracking.
• Flexible hours; ability to push your docket and produce.

You will earn commissions in addition to salary, with commissions potentially exceeding salary.
