Key Responsibilities- Attend probate and related court hearings with and on behalf of clients.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other probate filings.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and educate clients on options.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage workflow.
- Stay current on probate and trust administration best practices.
- Coordinate with appraisers and oversee matter completion.
- Texas Bar required; JD from an accredited law school.
- 1–2 years of prior law firm experience with strong legal drafting skills.
- Empathetic, ethical, and client-service focused; strong public speaking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced research skills (Westlaw/Lexis).
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Active membership in a local bar association preferred.
