• Attend probate and related court hearings with and on behalf of clients.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other probate filings.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced research skills (Westlaw/Lexis).
• Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
