Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (North Austin)
We are an established and growing personal injury law firm, primarily focusing on auto, premise, and work injury cases. We are seeking a litigation attorney with 3 to 6 years of personal injury litigation experience that is hungry for the opportunity to join in our continued success.
You’ll work alongside a seasoned support team and managing attorneys while handling your own caseload from filing through resolution. The department focuses on motor vehicle and other non-catastrophic injury cases, allowing for high-volume experience, trial exposure, and measurable growth within a structured system. It is an ideal position for someone aspiring to become a top-level trial attorney.
Responsibilities- Manage an active litigation docket with paralegal and staff support.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as lead or co-counsel.
- Evaluate case value and participate in settlement strategy and negotiation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters.
- Collaborate closely with managing partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation strategy.
- Required:
Juris Doctor (JD) and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. - Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
- Three years of personal injury litigation experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done".
- Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism.
