We are growing quickly and seeking an experienced, dynamic family law attorney to join our Austin team in a hybrid role.

• $85,000 – $115,000, depending on experience.

• Lead your own caseload and develop thoughtful, strategic approaches for each client.
• Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Help families reach a resolution through negotiation, not just litigation.
• Apply strong knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance.
• Collaborate with a team that believes in winning together and growing every day.

• Three or more years of experience handling contested family law matters.
• Active Texas State Bar license.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
