About the Practice

The Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity team counsels clients on the full range of data‑governance, information‑handling, and cybersecurity issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of corporate and technology transactions. The group includes practitioners with prior government and regulatory experience and advises on privacy frameworks, product counseling, data‑processing compliance, incident‑response readiness, and the evolving legal landscape around AI, cloud infrastructure, fintech, and emerging technologies.
