Join our established Wealth Preservation practice group in Austin, working closely with practice leadership on sophisticated trust and estate planning matters. You'll advise high-net-worth clients on complex wealth transfer strategies while gaining exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.
Key practice areas- Trust and estate planning for business owners and executives
- Wealth transfer planning and asset protection strategies
- Premarital planning and family wealth structures
- Business succession planning and implementation
- Administration of trusts and estates
- M&A transactions involving family-owned entities and SPACs
- 4-6 years of trusts and estates experience with sophisticated planning matters
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Experience at an AmLaw 200 or comparable sophisticated firm with understanding of Big Law pace and expectations
- Genuine interest in focusing on wealth preservation as a long-term career path
- Texas bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
