Litigation Paralegal

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire division is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team in Austin. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to case management.

• Support attorneys in trial, hearing, and deposition preparation
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis Nexis
• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings and legal documents
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation systems
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and provide full trial support
• Handle docketing, e-filing, and litigation calendar management

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (construction litigation experience a plus)
• Proficiency with Westlaw
  , Lexis Nexis
  , and Microsoft Office (especially Word)
• Must have eDiscovery experience
• Strong administrative and case management skills
• Excellent references and a proven record of efficient, high-quality work
• Experience with drafting pleadings, trial preparation, docketing, and e-filing
