100% in-office role in Austin, Texas.

The RoleThis position is designed for an experienced plaintiff trial attorney who wants to consistently try meaningful cases—not just prepare them for settlement. You will act as first-chair trial counsel on high-exposure matters and be supported by a deep bench of litigators, paralegals, and litigation support professionals.
This is not a pre-litigation or settlement-only role. Substantial trial and deposition experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as first-chair trial attorney on high-value personal injury cases
- Manage complex litigation involving corporate defendants, experts, and significant damages
- Conduct depositions of parties, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses
- Develop and execute trial strategy from case inception through verdict
- Draft and argue motions; appear at hearings and pretrial conferences
- Collaborate closely with litigation teams, paralegals, and trial support staff
- Leverage advanced case management and litigation technology to drive outcomes
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license (required)
- 4+ years of first-chair personal injury jury trial experience
- Strong deposition experience involving corporate representatives and experts
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-exposure cases
- Trial-focused mindset with a disciplined, preparation-driven approach
- TX Bar license
- 4+ years first-chair personal injury trial experience
