Commercial Real Estate/Transactional Attorney

An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment is currently seeking a transactional commercial real estate attorney with 5-7+ years of experience to join their team full‑time in Dallas (remote hybrid available). The salary will be top market‑competitive, with generous performance‑based bonuses. Experience in leasing industrial space and sophisticated real estate development work/transactions is a big plus. • Minimum of 5 years experience in transactional commercial real estate law
• Industrial space leasing experience a plus
• TX Bar Admission and ability to take an in‑office position in Dallas (remote hybrid available)
• Experience with sophisticated real estate development work/transactions a plus
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long term
• Professional, organized and collegial
