Position: Plaintiff Trial Attorney (Guaranteed Commission)

Location:

100% in-office role in Austin, Texas. Relocation candidates are welcome with a $2,500 relocation reimbursement.

Note:

This role requires substantial first-chair jury trial and deposition experience in personal injury cases. Pre-litigation–only or settlement-focused backgrounds will not be a fit.

Job Description
  • Serve as first-chair trial attorney on high-value personal injury cases
  • Handle complex litigation involving corporate defendants, experts, and significant damages
  • Conduct depositions of parties, experts, and key witnesses
  • Develop trial strategy from case inception through verdict
  • Work collaboratively with litigation teams, paralegals, and support staff
  • Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and manage all phases of litigation
  • Leverage advanced case management systems and litigation support tools
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar license required
  • Significant first-chair jury trial experience in personal injury
  • Strong deposition experience involving corporate representatives and experts
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-exposure cases
  • Trial-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and preparation
