Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an Employment Attorney for its Austin office. The role requires 5-7 years of experience and welcomes all qualified attorneys to apply.

This position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful employment litigation, represent clients in hearings, depositions and trials, and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative practice group.

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memorandum.
• Advise clients on compliance and risk management.
• Appear before courts, administrative agencies, and in settlement negotiations.

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 5-7 years of experience in employment law or related litigation.
• Strong litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills.
• Proven research abilities and ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
• Team player; self‑starter.
• Motions and discovery experience preferred.
