Englishproficiencytobringprecisionandinsighttocomplexlinguistictaskswhileworkinginacollaborative,remote environment.
- Transcribevideocontentaccurately,clearlymarkingdetailedtimestampsthroughouteachfile.
- Analyzeanddescribetheemotionaltone,intent,anddeliveryofspeakerswithinthecontent.
- Evaluateandprovideinsightintogrammaticalstructures,syntax,andgenerallanguageusage.
- Defineandexplainnuancedconceptualaspectsof Englishvocabularyandphrasesaspresentedinmedia.
- Performadvancedlinguisticassessments,includingtone,register,andcontextualmeaning.
- Collaborateeffectivelywithintheteam,ensuringconsistencyandqualityinlanguage-relateddeliverables.
- Maintainhighstandardsforbothwrittenandverbalcommunicationthroughoutallwork.
- Native-levelproficiencyin
English,withsuperiorwrittenandverbalabilities. - Deepunderstandingoflinguistictheory,grammar,andlanguageanalysismethods.
- Provenexperienceintranscription,linguisticannotation,orsimilarlanguage-focused roles.
- Acuteattentiontodetailandprecisionintranscribingandannotatingaudio-visualmaterial.
- Abilitytoaccuratelycapturespeakeremotion,grammar,andtoneinaconcisemanner.
- Strongorganizationalskillsandcommitmenttomeetingprojectdeadlines.
- Minimumcommitmentof
15hoursperweek,withflexibilityforadditionalhoursasneeded.
- Advanceddegreein Linguistics,English,orarelatedfield.
- Experiencewithlanguagetechnologytoolsorlinguisticresearchprojects.
- Backgroundinanalyzingcomplexlanguagedataorworkingwithmultimediacontent.
