• Active Texas General Lines P&C and/or L&H license
• 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or business development
• Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic or CRM tools preferred
• Ability to build trust, explain complex concepts, and deliver tailored insurance solutions
