Watkins Insurance Group is a relationship‑driven agency where expertise, teamwork, and service excellence matter. We are hiring a Personal Lines Service Advisor to join our Personal Lines department and help deliver the client experience we are known for.

• Own The Service
  
  Experience:
  
  Serve as a primary point of contact handling policy changes, billing questions, and service needs.
• Process With Precision:
  Complete policy transactions, endorsements, downloaded transactions, and manual declaration pages without delays or rework.
• Keep Work Moving:
  Manage incoming mail, emails, and carrier documentation to ensure timely follow‑up and completion.
• Partner With Carriers:
  Coordinate with carrier underwriters and representatives to support policy serving, and maintain strong relationships.
• Uphold Accuracy:
  Maintain organized, current and complete records to support service standards.

• Active P&C License (not required at time of hire)
• 2 years Customer Service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Solid communication, organization, and follow‑through

• Applied EPIC experience
• Personal Lines insurance experience (agency setting)
• Knowledge of Personal Lines coverages
