Location: This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our Austin, Las Colinas, TX or Ottawa, ON office and requires in-office presence three days a week.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Director of Product Management, AI Security to define and execute the strategy and roadmap for a leading AI security platform. This role owns product direction across the AI lifecycle, secure AI usage, secure AI development lifecycle, and emerging agentic AI security, while ensuring alignment with Trend

AI Vision One’s unified platform strategy.

You will turn industry trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into clear roadmap priorities and shipped outcomes that enable enterprises to adopt AI securely and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the AI Security product strategy and 12–36 month roadmap
• Translate customer needs, market signals, and competitive insights into differentiated product decisions
• Lead roadmap areas including:
• AI usage governance and protection across employees, applications, and autonomous systems
• AI application and platform security spanning design, build, deployment, and runtime phases
• Emerging AI and agentic systems security, including controls for identity, behavior, and autonomy
• Drive competitive differentiation and platform‑level alignment
• Partner with Product Management leaders and cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Threat Research, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design, to align strategy, drive execution, and deliver high‑impact launches.
• Communicate strategy and roadmap clearly to executives, customers, and field teams

What You Bring (Required)

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of major product areas or PM teams
• 3+ years of hands‑on AI Security product management experience (must‑have), covering production AI security solutions
• Proven experience in security platforms (AI security, cloud security, application security, data security, or SOC)
• Strong ability to convert customer, industry, and competitive insights into product strategy and execution
• Excellent executive communication, roadmap ownership, and product storytelling skills
