As our Product Management Intern, you'll support HID's success by:

* Assisting in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

* Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and market research.

* Analyzing product usage data and customer feedback to identify insights.

* Supporting backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap updates.

* Helping document product decisions, PRDs, and release notes.

* Collaborating with engineering and design teams during product development.

* Participating in stakeholder meetings, demos, and retrospectives.

* Supporting product launches and go‑to‑market activities.

Your Experience and Background include:

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.

* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

* Interest in technology, products, and user‑centered design.

* Prior internship, project, or coursework related to product management, UX, or engineering is preferred.

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum & tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Microsoft Office is preferred.

* Demonstrated experience leveraging AI Tools to perform Market and Competitive Research is preferred.

* Basic understanding of software development concepts and APIs is preferred.
