Description

Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) Partner team seeks an experienced Partner Delivery Business Developer to spearhead Pro Serve Partner Delivery Transformation. In this role, you will drive transformative outcomes for AWS customers and partners through the Pro Serve Partner network by: (1) leading AI and Agentic operational transformations, (2) ensuring secure, high-quality delivery through Pro Serve Partners, and (3) serving as a trusted advisor who collaborates with Pro Serve sales and delivery teams to align partner and customer solutions with optimal business outcomes.

The Pro Serve Partner Delivery Leader will enable operational excellence across partner ecosystems, delivery teams, sales organizations, and customer engagements. This role focuses on driving customer and partner satisfaction through streamlined processes and operational efficiency for a defined portfolio of strategic partnerships.

Your experience in the technology and services industry, including partner ecosystems, enables you to effectively translate technical concepts into measurable business value for partners and customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in sales and delivery methodologies, CRM systems, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Performance will be evaluated against key metrics including Delivered Revenue, team engagement, and partner and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

About the team

The AWS Partner Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help our partners and customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption.

We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
  • 4+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • 4+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
  • 4+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
