Neos is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager/Business Analyst for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX.

Location: Hybrid – only candidates currently residing in Texas (Austin area preferred) will be considered. This position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office to be determined by the hiring manager.

Description of Services

Performs senior‑level business/systems analysis work. Coordinates gathering, development, and documentation of user requirements; and the review, assessment, and improvement of business processes. Uses best practices in business analysis and process modeling. Must be able to apply analytical skills to various business and technical processes. Works under the direction of the Business Analyst Team Manager.

Functional Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for improving business processes to be more efficient or effective and assist in the business case vetting and preparation of proposals for information management efforts.
  • Focus on business value to develop ideas, including awareness of industry trends, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
  • Lead business process reengineering and transformation efforts that deliver efficiency improvements in quality and customer experience.
  • Manage business requirements and monitor throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC); scrum master role and in an agile scrum environment.
  • Coordinate and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems; and coordinate and/or analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
  • Lead information systems implementations, enhancements, automation and resolution of issues for M365, SharePoint Online, workflow automation and file transfer processing.
  • Lead project teams and/or operational and strategic organizational efforts that involve managing changes and stakeholder relationships, tracking and communicating performance, ensuring resource availability and allocation, coordinating with third parties/vendors and delegating tasks.
  • Develop and plan project deliverables design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans, and provide comments and suggestions to document owners; identify potential project risks and challenges and present strategies to mitigate or avoid them; manage project’s scope and acceptance.
  • Lead successful projects with information systems technologies, hardware and software such as servers, telephony, network, data center maintenance, disaster recovery, identity access management, information security, patching, upgrades and enhancements.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop training curriculum and conduct formal system training.
  • Coordinate the service request life cycle through customer‑related service request responses, business requirements coordination, technical specifications and related artifacts review, and monitor system integration and user acceptance testing prior to implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Expectations
  • Attend all meetings, meet delivery deadlines and be available during ERS office hours.
  • Log in and remain available & reachable via Microsoft TEAMS during work hours.
  • Attend remote meetings with camera on unless meeting is arranged for camera off.
  • Coordinate leave and vacations with ERS manager.
  • Dress appropriately for a business/business casual environment.
  • Communicate respectfully and work harmoniously with all co‑workers, customers and vendors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be flexible; able to work under pressure and adapt to change; and able to work on multiple problems and tasks.
