Quality Assurance Analyst

A staffing partner of ours is seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst

Experience of 2-3 years. Not looking for senior developers due to low pay

• Requirements analysis — Work with product owners, engineers, and business teams to understand system needs, clarify acceptance criteria, and translate requirements into detailed test scenarios.
• Test planning and execution — Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Automation development — Build and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar frameworks to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Defect management — Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps; collaborate with developers to validate fixes and prevent regressions.
• Systems analysis — Evaluate system workflows, data flows, and dependencies; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; recommend improvements to architecture or processes.
• Data validation — Use SQL or similar tools to verify data integrity, perform backend testing, and validate system outputs.
• Process improvement — Contribute to Agile ceremonies, refine QA standards, and support continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies

• Experience with manual and automated testing across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with test management tools (Jira, Test Rail, Azure Dev Ops).
• Ability to analyze complex systems, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with API testing
