Sr. Business Analyst; Exp. PeopleSoft

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Management Information Systems or Business Administration.
• Experience planning, eliciting, analyzing, managing, and monitoring business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience leading simple and complex business process reengineering and transformation efforts delivering efficiency improvements in quality and customer experience.
• Experience performing a Business Relationship Manager (liaison) role between functional and technical teams.
• Experience leading project teams and/or operational and strategic organizational efforts involving change management, stakeholder relationship management, performance tracking and communication, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and task delegation.
• Experience with projects addressing: data management, data quality, data warehousing, data modeling, data migration and integration, secure file transfers, enterprise system analysis, enterprise architecture, and information security principles.
• Experience working in a Scrum Master role or in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Experience documenting and implementing procedures and People Soft applications.
• Functional experience in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or Pension.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience working on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy People Soft application.

• Experience in a wide range of business environments including business consulting.
• Experience with system implementations and enhancements supporting business areas such as building operations, finance, benefits processing, procurement, contracts, legal, audit, human resources, vendor relations, project management, and communications.
• Technical expertise in business systems analysis, system configuration, information security, and internal control frameworks.
• Technical expertise with reporting databases, database design and development, data modeling, and data mapping.
• Experience conducting enterprise business analysis including problem/opportunity analysis, business case development, business architecture development, feasibility studies, and comprehensive risk assessments supporting value‑based decision-making.
• Experience creating comprehensive system‑level documentation, system implementation standards, and training materials for users with varied levels of technical proficiency.
• Experience with MS Azure Dev Ops for requirements management and project implementation.
• Experience with project management software.

• MBA, CCBA, CBAP, CSM, CSPO, PMI‑PBA, PMP, ITIL, ICGB, or related certifications.
