Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and management consulting, or 5 years of experience with advanced degree.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross‑functionally across multiple levels of management.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, E‑Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executives.
  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional partnership initiatives with a significant impact on business outcomes.
  • Understanding of the emerging trends and engaged dynamics.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities that align with business objectives with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and building consensus.

As part of this mission, the Chrome Enterprise Technology Partnerships team is responsible for ensuring that the critical applications and peripheral devices that enterprise users want to use work seamlessly on Chrome

OS and Chrome browser.

As a Strategic Partner Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to grow and lead a solution category, build relationships with our partners’ executive teams, and represent our Chrome Enterprise partner ecosystem when engaging with internal Google teams. You will evaluate potential new partners, lead exploratory discussions and develop business opportunities. You will drive cross‑functional relationships to enable solutions on Chrome

OS and Chrome Browser, provide thought leadership to partners and executives around business opportunities.

In this role, you will have strong business acumen and understanding of technology which will enable you to set strategic priorities for the team. You will have excellent people management skills that will allow you to communicate those priorities to your many stakeholders. This is a global position which will give you the platform to work with Google employees and external partners all over the world.
