Enterprise Risk Management is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst — Technology to serve as the technical backbone of our ERM program. This role bridges strategic risk management with hands‑on technical capability, owning the design, build, and operation of our ERM technology platform, risk dashboards, survey applications, and KRI monitoring frameworks. You'll work at the intersection of risk intelligence and enterprise technology, translating complex technical signals into actionable insights for P5 leadership and the Board.
This position is critical to scaling ERM's capabilities as Service Now continues to innovate with AI, expand platform capabilities, and drive enterprise growth.
- Lead design and implementation of the ERM survey application for risk perception and sentiment data collection
- Manage Service Now IRM platform configuration, workflows, and optimization for ERM use cases
- Build and maintain automated workflows for risk data collection and integration
- Partner with IT and IRM product teams on platform enhancements and capabilities
- Provide technical support for emerging risk monitoring tools and applications
- Design and build executive ERM dashboards with real‑time risk monitoring capabilities
- Develop data models to support KRI tracking, trend analysis, and predictive risk insights
- Partner with BI/analytics teams to automate data ingestion from enterprise sources
- Leverage analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) for proactive risk insights
- Build executive‑level dashboards for Risk Steering Committee, Audit Committee, and Board reporting
- Develop risk scenarios based on strategic direction, business knowledge, and available data sources
- Build scenario models that integrate enterprise data to assess potential risk impacts across multiple dimensions
- Support stress testing exercises to evaluate organizational resilience under adverse conditions
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic initiatives into testable risk scenarios
- Create data‑driven business cases that quantify risk exposure and support strategic decision‑making
- Leverage existing data sources to model forward‑looking risk scenarios across technology, operations, and market domains
- Act as primary technical liaison between ERM and Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams
- Translate technical implementation details into enterprise risk impact assessments
- Support risk assessments across AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and third‑party ecosystems
- Ensure alignment between technical control environments and enterprise risk framework
- Stay ahead of emerging technology risks (AI governance, cloud concentration, systemic vendor risk)
- Identify automation opportunities to improve ERM program efficiency
- Contribute to evolving ERM methodology in a high‑growth, AI‑native environment
- Evaluate and optimize risk tooling (GRC platforms, BI tools, internal applications)
- 5‑8 years of experience in technology risk, enterprise risk, GRC, or technical risk management within tech organizations
- Proven experience building dashboards, analytics pipelines, or internal applications (not just consuming reports)
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross‑functional technical initiatives
- Background in engineering, data analytics, or technical architecture strongly preferred
- Experience developing scenario models, stress tests, or risk quantification frameworks
