Ready to Be a Woom Senior Site Experience Specialist? Join Our Team!
Are you energized by building digital experiences that feel seamless, intuitive, and inspiring? Do you love turning data into action and optimizing every click, scroll, and interaction?
At woom, we're not just making bikes; we're inspiring confidence, joy, and freedom for riders big and small! Our website plays a critical role in that journey, and we’re looking for a Senior Site Experience Specialist to help elevate it.
In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution behind our site experience, driving engagement, conversion, and performance across web and mobile. You’ll combine data, experimentation, and customer insight to create digital experiences that feel as thoughtful and lightweight as our bikes.
What You’ll Do- Lead site experience strategy and optimization to improve customer journeys, engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance across web and mobile platforms.
- Own and execute experimentation initiatives (A/B and multivariate testing) to identify opportunities, validate improvements, and drive measurable business impact.
- Analyze site performance data and customer behavior to generate insights, build reporting dashboards, and inform data-driven recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Global Product teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.
- Optimize site content, merchandising, navigation, and personalization efforts to align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and SEO best practices.
- Oversee technical execution and site operations, including QA, troubleshooting, CMS governance, and ensuring accessibility and performance standards.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance, influencing stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and mentoring team members to elevate digital experience practices.
- Own key campaign execution, including operationalizing key “must win moment” merchandising and promotional plans across the site.
- Approx 5 years+ of experience in ecommerce, site experience, or website design
- Deep knowledge of how to drive conversion and education on the website
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and driving KPI improvement
- Strong experience in consumer journey mapping, with the ability to build intricate audiences, user segments and trigger logic
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential
- A data-obsessed mindset, not being fearful of creating Excel reports and pivot tables
- Ability to work well and most importantly influence others
- Bike knowledge
- Experience at a growing and successful DTC
- AB Tasty experience
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Generous healthcare options
- Paid time off that encourages balance and adventure
- Discounts on woom bikes and gear (for you and your family!)
- Learning and Development opportunities
- A mission-driven role with the chance to impact childhood experiences worldwide
We build bikes for children, not just smaller versions of adult bikes. From balance bikes for toddlers to first gears and beyond, our bikes are designed with kids in mind — lightweight, safe, and made to grow with them.
At woom, we believe every child deserves the freedom and confidence that comes from learning to ride. Our products are built to inspire joy, create memories, and empower families.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
