We are seeking an experienced Senior People Soft FSCM Functional Business Analyst to support implementation and enhancement initiatives for People Soft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2, with a strong focus on the Billing module
. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on system implementations, integration testing, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an enterprise environment.
This role requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with system integration and interface testing, and the ability to work effectively within a large project team using Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
- Serve as a Functional Business Analyst for People Soft FSCM 9.2, with emphasis on the Billing module.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Support system implementation and enhancement efforts for People Soft Financials applications.
- Perform end‑to‑end system integration testing, including validation of external interfaces.
- Work closely with technical teams, developers, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, business process flows, and testing documentation.
- Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with issue resolution.
- Use collaboration tools such as MS Teams and O365 applications to communicate with project teams.
- Track project tasks, issues, and defects using Jira.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- 8+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst supporting People Soft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementations.
- 8+ years of experience with People Soft FSCM 9.2 Billing module.
- 8+ years of experience performing hands‑on system integration testing and interface testing.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- 2+ years of experience using MS Teams and working with large distributed teams.
- Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
- Experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
- Experience using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
