You own the technical success of our customers. You are the bridge between the code and the client. You run the pilots, fix the bugs, and manage the relationship.
You operate with extreme ownership.
What You’ll Do:Run Pilot Integrations: getting customers live is your job. You write the code snippets, configure the dashboard, and ensure the integration works.
Prove Value with Data: You analyze the data from pilots to show customers exactly how much fraud we stopped. You build the charts that close the deal.
Customer Support: You answer questions and fix technical issues immediately. You are the first line of defense.
Account Management: You manage the relationship. You ensure customers are happy, using the product correctly, and expanding their usage.
Drive Product Changes: You translate customer friction into engineering tasks. If three customers struggle with a feature, you make sure Engineering fixes it.
Build AI Automation: Automate support, customer analytics, and other customer workflows with AI Agents
Experience: 4+ years managing sales engineering, product, customer support, customer success or account management
Code Literacy: You can read and write code (Python or JavaScript). You can debug a customer's integration yourself.
Extreme Ownership: You see a problem, you fix it. You do not wait for permission or someone else to clean it up.

Who You’ll Work With:
Sales: You provide the technical proof to help close deals.
Engineering: You provide the feedback they need to build the right features.
Compensation: $160, + Equity
Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Bonus: $25,000 - 50,000 tied to customer retention targets
Equity: 0.05% - 0.15% with 4-year vesting
