The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Growth / Demand Marketer who knows how to build pipeline in healthtech—fast, clean, and measurably. This role is for someone who can own growth end-to-end
: strategy → execution → optimization → results. You’ll create predictable demand across channels, translate complex healthcare value into crisp positioning, and scale what works with urgency.

What You’ll OwnDemand Gen & Pipeline Creation (Full-Stack Ownership)
- Build and execute multi-channel demand programs to drive qualified pipeline (ABM, paid, email, content syndication, webinars/events, partnerships).
- Own MQL→SQL→Pipeline→Revenue performance and the reporting to match.
- Partner with Sales to define ICPs, target accounts, routing logic, and conversion goals.
- Run high-velocity experimentation across paid search, paid social, retargeting, and landing page conversion.
- Own budget allocation, CAC targets, ROI, and attribution—no vanity metrics.
- Build testing cadence: messaging, creative, offers, and channel mix.
- Translate clinical/ops pain into sharp narratives (e.g., reduced admin burden, faster workflows, trust, measurable outcomes).
- Create campaign themes, assets, and lifecycle journeys (cold → warm → sales-ready).
- Improve marketing operations:
Hub Spot/Salesforce hygiene, segmentation, nurture flows, and lead scoring. - Instrument the funnel: dashboards, attribution, and conversion reporting that leadership can trust.
- Ensure follow-through: fast iteration, clean handoffs, and closed-loop learnings with Sales + CS.
- Work tightly with Product, Clinical, and Customer teams to shape positioning, packaging, and GTM plays.
- Support launches with campaign plans that drive adoption and pipeline.
- Build processes that scale—playbooks, templates, and repeatable motions.
- 4+ years in demand gen / growth marketing with healthtech experience (payer/provider, digital health, EHR/RCM, clinical operations, or healthcare SaaS).
- Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue impact (not just traffic).
- Hands‑on operator: you can launch campaigns, build landing pages, write email copy, and ship assets with speed.
- Strong analytics: you can diagnose funnel issues, run tests, and make decisions from data.
- Comfort with tools like Hub Spot/Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Looker/Tableau, Webflow/Unbounce, paid ad platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare products into compelling messaging.
- Experience marketing AI products in regulated environments (trust + adoption matters).
- ABM experience for enterprise healthcare buyers and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Familiarity with compliance constraints (HIPAA, SOC2) and how to market trust credibly.
- Event/webinar engine experience (clinical thought leadership that converts).
- Strong creative instincts (ads + landing pages that actually perform).
