• Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards

• Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware) for enterprise systems.
• Ability to manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  .

Key Responsibilities:

• Work extensively with iCertis CLM system for contract creation, approval workflows, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure contract processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Understand data structures and reporting frameworks.
• Run queries using SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) or similar tools.
• Analyze data connections and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Write test scripts and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple work streams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
