Description:
We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix Analyst/Engineer to join our team as a contractor on a 12-month contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BMC Helix, with a focus on automating IT workflows, enhancing service management, and driving AI-driven operations.

What You'll Do

• Automate IT Workflows:
  Leverage BMC Helix solutions to streamline and optimize IT processes.
• Enhance Service Management:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service management practices.
• Drive AI-Driven Operations:
  Develop and implement initiatives that utilize AI to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate & Communicate:
  Participate in project meetings and work closely with internal stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience with BMC Helix, particularly in automating IT workflows and service management.
• Strong technical background in IT service management solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven operations or related technologies.
• Familiarity with agile project environments and contract-to-hire engagements.
