About the Role:

The Senior Business Analyst will support child nutrition program systems in the firm. This role involves reviewing and documenting highly complex system requirements,supporting system modernization and enhancements, and ensuring compliance with federal child nutrition program requirements.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, prior state or federal program experience, andhands-on experience working with TANS.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to document complex system requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation supporting design, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Create test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Analyze child nutrition program policies and procedures to determine impact on system functionality.
• Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams, providing consultation on analysis, design,configuration, testing, and policy implementation.
• Reengineer existing processes and identify technology improvements to meet business needs.
• Identify risks, communicate potential issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide project status updates andensure stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate service request lifecycle,including business requirement coordination and system integration validation.
• Work independently with a high degreeof creativity and accountability.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience serving asliaison between Business and IT teams.
• 1+ year of experience with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS).
• 1+ year of experience writing system requirements in compliance with federal child nutrition programs operated by TDA.
