After detailed consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

As a Senior Principal Solutions Architect, you will take the technical lead during pre-sales engagement, using a consultative approach towards the customer to fully understand their overall business goals. From there, you will translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions.

• Create and own the pre-sales qualification process and deliver the architectural design, strategy and plan, leading technical customer engagements
• Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships, in order to identify additional opportunities with current accounts
• Guide project quality assurance activities and possibly supervise staff on large projects where a high number of technical staff are involved, including training or on-the-job mentoring
• Have deep, extensive knowledge of Dell Technologies products, integration capabilities and related environments, keeping up to date with the latest industry developments
• Lead executive level customer facing presentations

• 12 to 15 years of related experience in a professional role
• Advanced technical writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer
• Strong customer communication skills
• Advanced Knowledge, understanding and application of Project Management concepts and methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Dell Proven Professional Certification
