As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as a trusted, consultative partner to business and technical stakeholders. You’ll lead discovery, clarify ambiguity, surface hidden dependencies, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable, data-centric user stories. Your work will directly support reporting, automation, and AI initiatives across the enterprise.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Partner cross-functionally to shape solutions, identify upstream/downstream dependencies, and recommend process or UI improvements
• Support QA and testing efforts by clarifying acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and assisting with issue triage
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications
• Develop user enablement materials such as job aids, quick reference guides, and FAQs
• Manage and prioritize requirements across Salesforce, Mule Soft, and AI initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, standups, and retrospectives
• Leverage generative AI tools to improve productivity across documentation, analysis, and test preparation
• Serve as the bridge between business users, developers, leadership, and external partners
• Continuously improve requirements quality, documentation standards, and delivery efficiency

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Proven experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
