Skills and Qualifications
- Experience gathering requirements related to changes in the People Soft application (5+ years)
- Current hands-on functional experience in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll (6+ years)
- Most recent six years working exclusively as a People Soft Functional Analyst (6+ years)
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the People Soft application (8+ years)
- Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server (5+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (5+ years)
- Experience working in Information Technology (10+ years)
Skills and Qualifications
- Past experience as a developer in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll (2+ years)
- Solid People Tools skills, including Application Engine, People Code, and SQR (3+ years)
- Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team (5+ years)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (5+ years)
- Experience with prior People Soft implementations or conversions from legacy systems (5+ years)
- Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans (5+ years)
- Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage (5+ years)
- Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems (5+ years)
- Experience with Pension Administration systems (5+ years)
- Experience with Payroll systems (5+ years)
- Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues (10+ years)
