• Consult on the analysis of applications, troubleshoot system problems, and recommend and implement effective solutions.
• Provide quality assurance consultation and oversight for projects, assignments, and special initiatives.
• Perform senior-level business analysis work, including eliciting, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria and perform manual testing to ensure system functionality and compliance.
• Coordinate the analysis of program policies and procedures to determine their impact on automated systems and functional areas.
• Develop and review test cases, process change requests, and manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment activities.
• Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, including refinement sessions and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors, define and assign work, and evaluate deliverables and performance.
• Maintain assigned vendor relationships, seek best value for new and renewing technologies, and review and approve monthly and annual invoices.
• Develop training curricula and conduct formal training sessions for assigned system modules.
• Review complex project deliverables such as project charters, design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• (8) years of experience working with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, participation in all Agile ceremonies, and leading refinement and sprint planning sessions.
• (8) years of experience using Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar application lifecycle management tools.
• (8) years of experience performing highly complex, senior-level business analysis work.
• (8) years of experience working under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
• (8) years of experience coordinating the analysis of program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas.
• (8) years of experience coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to complete projects and service requests, including defining, assigning, and evaluating their work.
• (8) years of experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and preparing proposals to develop new systems.
• (8) years of experience consulting on application analysis, troubleshooting system problems, and implementing solutions.
• (8) years of experience providing complex quality assurance consultation or oversight for projects, assignments, or special initiatives.
• (8) years of experience reviewing complex project deliverables such as charters, design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans and providing feedback to document owners.
• (8) years of experience developing training curricula and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned system modules.
• (8) years of experience developing and reviewing test cases and processing change requests.
