As Senior Global Legal Counsel / Global Legal Executive – Data Center Lifecycle Management, you will serve as the central legal governance authority for lifecycle management on a global scale. This highly strategic role supports executive leadership and partners closely with finance, commercial operations, asset management, and lifecycle services teams.

The Global Senior Legal Counsel / Global Legal Executive will design scalable legal frameworks, harmonize global contract templates, and support complex commercial, leasing, and financing transactions. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, enabling compliant global growth while reducing risk and improving contract efficiency.

• Designing and governing global legal frameworks and contract templates for lifecycle management and data center services
• Leading and supporting complex commercial negotiations with funders, investors, OEMs, distributors, and enterprise customers
• Advising on structured finance, leasing models, residual value protection, and end-of-term asset outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with global leasing, financing, privacy, environmental, and ITAD regulations
• Embedding ESG, sustainability, and circular economy principles into commercial contracts
• Supporting global expansion initiatives and enabling entry into new regions
• Developing legal playbooks, negotiation standards, escalation models, and governance processes
• Partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive scalable, compliant growth

• 10+ years of legal experience
• Equipment leasing and structured finance
• Technology, IT services, and managed services
• Global or multinational commercial contracting
• Proven experience negotiating with financial institutions, funders, and strategic partners
• Strong understanding of IT lifecycle management, ITAD, SaaS, DaaS, data center environments, and data privacy
• Experience supporting cross-border regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed environment
