Program Manager/Coordinator

We are seeking a Program Manager to support with marketing, communications, stakeholder support, social media campaigns, and internal and external communications/newsletters. This role partners with Engineering, Finance, HR, and cross functional stakeholders to drive coordination, visibility, and communications across a fast-moving technical team. The focus is on budget and headcount tracking, leadership preparation, internal and external storytelling, and operational structure.

Scope:
  • Track budgets, headcount, and org metrics using Google Sheets dashboards.
  • Prepare leadership materials, stakeholder documentation, and track follow ups.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications.
  • Develop and support marketing initiatives and professional social media campaigns.
  • Translate technical updates into clear messaging for varied audiences.
  • Coordinate conference participation and submission tracking.
  • Serve as a central coordination point across engineering and business stakeholders.
Required:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, marketing, communications, or similar roles supporting technical teams. 2-5 years is a hard requirement as this role is a bit more junior-mid-level.
  • Experience with marketing, social media campaigns, and internal and external communications.
  • Strong stakeholder documentation and cross functional coordination experience.
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills, especially Google Sheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment.
Ideal Background:
  • Degree in Computer Science or technical field preferred but not required.
  • Someone who began in a technical path and pivoted into marketing, content creation, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers while driving structured communication and execution.

$35.00/hr+. Depends on work experience
