Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our Partner Data ecosystem and ETL-driven data intake platform. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate needs into clear system requirements that improve data quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead requirements discovery; document user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Analyze data flows, integrations, and system logic;
- Identify automation and data quality improvements;
- Investigate issues and recommend solutions;
- Support agile delivery; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excel and SQL proficiency;
- Experience with ETL or data intake systems;
- Agile/Scrum experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Availability for 7:30 AM CT meetings.
- Higher education or OPM experience;
- Jira, Confluence, Salesforce;
- API and data governance knowledge.
