As an Oracle Cloud Account Reconciliation Principal Consultant, you’ll lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients to map business needs to Oracle functionality, ensuring best practices are applied. This role combines technical expertise, client engagement, and leadership to deliver impactful solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.

Travel to client sites is required up to 30% of the time.

• Provide domain, functional and technical expertise to effectively design and implement Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
• Communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM projects
• Accompany clients both on-site and remotely to deploy Oracle EPM, guiding them through Oracle functionality, advising on best practices, and documenting requirements
• Configure application functionality and support testing
• Work with peers to continuously improve delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute associa tes to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with Oracle EPM Close applications or equivalent
  • Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
  • Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS)
  • Narrative Reporting, Financial reporting and Smart View
  • Blackline, Trintech or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing the above products
• Complete project lifecycle experience in Account Reconciliation Compliance / Transaction Matching Project
• Sound knowledge of ARM/ARCS with practical configuration experience
• Experience
  • with consolidated financial statements, foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations
  • analyzing business requirements, writing functional specifications, testing and troubleshooting
  • interfacing with clients and business users
  • leading small teams (2-4 people) and design sessions
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP G/L and associated Subledger modules
