Your role, your impact

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CRMA Developer to design, build, and optimize advanced analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you’ll demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics), strong data engineering skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance analytics experiences.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver data-driven insights using large-scale datasets, sophisticated data modelling, and highly interactive dashboards.

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce CRMA solutions, from data ingestion through visualization and user interaction;
• Work with very large datasets (up to ~5B rows), ensuring performance, scalability, and data accuracy;
• Build and optimize CRMA Recipes, including advanced data transformations, aggregations, and calculations;
• Perform data aggregation and summarization to support executive-level reporting and analytics use cases;
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards with:
• • Faceting and filters;
  • Custom navigation between dashboards and records;
  • Drill-downs and contextual insights.
• Configure and implement record-level actions that allow users to take action directly from analytics (e.g., update records, trigger flows, launch URLs);
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into analytics solutions;
• Optimize dashboard and recipe performance using best practices for data volume, SAQL, and query design;
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on CRMA best practices, architecture, and performance tuning.

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, with minimum 3 years focused on Salesforce CRMA / Einstein Analytics;
• Strong hands-on experience with recipe building and dataflows, complex joins and data modelling, and data aggregation and transformation techniques;
• Proven experience designing interactive, user-friendly dashboards for executive and operational audiences;
• Experience implementing record-level actions and integrating analytics with core Salesforce objects and processes;
• Deep understanding of complex data binding, faceting, and navigation within CRMA dashboards;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex implementations;
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders;
• Experience integrating external data sources (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, APIs);
• Consulting experience delivering analytics solutions in enterprise environments;
• Familiarity with SAQL and performance tuning for high-volume datasets.
