Director - Project Delivery What you'll do

• Lead complex programs consisting of multiple projects across legal, finance, HR, leasing, and marketing systems—managing execution from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate across executive, vendor, and functional teams to ensure alignment, communication, and delivery of roadmap goals.
• Drive technical implementations and system transformations (e.g., CRM lift & shift, revenue management platforms, finance optimization).
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and technologies while maintaining a steady focus on strategic execution and program health.

• A hands-on Program Manager with a high EQ, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments.
• Adept at navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the judgment to use or blend them based on context.
• Technically fluent—comfortable working with and deploying technology, not just managing teams who do.
• A fast learner with high intellectual curiosity and aptitude, able to understand intricate systems and business processes quickly.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $65.00 to $80.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
